This is a very informative site on how they summarize the Bible but one thing i did not find in all of this page is the name of GOD itself which we have to consider to know, if we want to be close to GOD then we must know His true name which illustrated in Psalm 83:18 "That people may know that you, whose name is Jehovah,
You alone are the Most High over all the earth."

its clear then that GOD has its own name, then why would we change it to a title i.e. God, Lord God?

I saw in a Bullinger Bible a photo of a 4th century sculpture of the crucifixion showing five crosses. Does the current edition contain this photo? I want to contact the publisher to obtain rights to reproduce it. Can you help me?

Contrary to your first statement,I find Ecclesiastes to be encouraging and uplifting when looked at in the light of "under the sun". When we focus on this life instead of focusing on God, our lives are truly vanity. However, with our eyes on God, knowing Who He is, hope abounds. This world and what it has to offer, even the many joys, is so temporary. We need to truly realize this before we can fix on the Lord.

Thank you for your ministry.

This site will be an excellent resource for me as I start learning about the Bible and Christianity. Thanks.

Also, I found a typo under Old Testament key points. "Golaith" should be "Goliath."

Jean,

God created hell for the devil and his angels. Matthew 25:41 states, "Then shall He say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from Me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels."

Religious Tolerance, a good website source, discusses where Hell is located: religioustolerance.org/hel_bibl.htm

Thanks for your question,
